James is responsible for managing and growing revenues for the company, developing key partner and vendor relationships, and creating a growth formula for the business.

Prior to forming Steam Management, Inc. James worked at Water Management, Inc. (WMI). James joined the WMI team in 2011 with the mandate to grow the water and steam services division nationally and specifically to brand WMI in the Northeast region. During his short tenure at WMI, James exponentially grew the steam optimization business through key ESCO relationships and new channel partners. In addition to business development James was responsible for overall P&L of the ICI department.

Prior to joining WMI, James previously worked at Aqualine Resources for 20 years as the Director of Development and Construction. James has developed and managed installation of over 500 successful water and energy conservation projects.
