LUDINGTON, MI, June 20, 2018:
NORESCO has awarded Steam Management, Inc. (SMI) with the ECM-07 Steam and Insulation Project at VISN 12 Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL.
The ECM scope of work consists of three focuses:
- Retrofitting existing thermostatic steam traps and replacement of float and thermostatic steam traps with 784 Armstrong International products.
- Furnishing and installing new pipe insulation on 1,616 linear feet of uninsulated piping, valves and fittings.
- Furnishing and installing removable insulation covers on 128 PRV’s, strainers, valves, etc.
The project is a substantial undertaking that will be built beginning in early July 2018 and is scheduled for completion by November 2018 before the start of the next heating season.
