Richard (Rick) Stec began his professional career in the US Navy and has over 30 years of experience in technical, logistics and management roles. Rick has over 20 years of experience in energy project management and logistics support with an in-depth knowledge of water conservation and steam system optimization. Rick has been responsible for Procurement and Inventory Control Management, Resource Planning and Implementation, Project Management, Safety Planning and Quality Control for the past 20 years. He has coordinated water and/or steam conservation and improvement projects nationally in commercial, municipal, state and federal facilities including residential housing, K-12, university, healthcare and correctional environments.

Prior to joining Steam Management, Inc., Rick previously worked at Water Management, Inc., Aqualine Resources Inc., and 21st Century Environmental Management of Rhode Island.
