SMI develops site specific wireless monitoring systems for condensate return systems.

We create a steam system overlay diagram. Prominently displayed are sensors and transmitters whereby the user can see in real time or in trended data the actual temperature of condensate in the return system. We install all sensors, repeaters and receiver/controller units in key data collection locations throughout the facility. The project includes surveying and specifying repeater locations, commissioning of all the sensors, network integration and programming. The system can back-net to any BMS system and be integrated in the M&V plan for the ESCO.
