Step 2: Project preparations are made and site survey scheduled

Step 3: Facilities survey for equipment verification and installation commences

Step 4: Project is complete and client is provided with a line-by-line as-built. Project is funded directly from National Grid

Case Study

Steam Management engaged with four school districts with a low-to-no cost proposal to rebuild every safely accessible steam trap within the district.  Our team installed over 4,000 traps generating over 250,000 therms of savings.

The majority of projects are installed at Zero Cost to the customer, with all funds paid directly to SMI from National Grid.
