Memorandum of Understanding (MOU): We work under an MOU framework, which can take two forms:

2. MOU Without Breakage Fee: We commit at-risk, with no initial payment, supported by a written agreement.
At-Risk: If you secure the project, we are brought in as a partner to execute the work.
